Resumo:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

O presente trabalho, destacando a ess\u00eancia tripla (pol\u00edtica, humanit\u00e1ria e econ\u00f4mica) da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Trabalho (OIT), entidade orientadora respons\u00e1vel pela busca da internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das normas trabalhistas e estabelecimento da paz universal por meio da concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a social, objetiva expor de forma simplificada os procedimentos existentes na OIT (regular e especial) de supervis\u00e3o da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das conven\u00e7\u00f5es ratificadas e das recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es, quais sejam, relat\u00f3rios ou informes encaminhado pelos Estados-membros e den\u00fancias (queixas e reclama\u00e7\u00f5es) submetidas pelas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de empregados e de empregadores. Para tanto, a pesquisa faz uso do m\u00e9todo dedutivo e \u00e9 alicer\u00e7ado na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o bibliogr\u00e1fica e documental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
